The Mindful Birth family is delighted to present the newest edition! We celebrate with Lindsay and her husband Albert and sweet son Albert Jr. the arrival of handsome Beau.


Thank you to our doula Emily for providing support throughout pregnancy and during the family's birth journey.



Beau Errett Watson was joyfully welcomed on July 18th, 2021 at 8: 24 am. He weighed 8 lbs. and was 20 inches long.
