He's here! On October 28, 2025, their hearts grew in the best way possible. Rose and Jayson welcomed their sweet boy, Karlo. Rose trusted her intuition every step of the way, moving through a speedy labor with strength and courage. While their original Mindful Birth Doula was supporting another birth With the calm, steady presence of their doula Jennifer, and the constant support of Jayson, Karlo made his grand entrance earthside. I remember asking Jennifer, “Should I just get checked again?” — the words reluctantly coming out of my mouth several times. I will never forget her telling me that I could, or I could continue to do exactly what I was doing. A little later, I asked, “How do I know when to push?
