Birth Affirmation: Down, down, down

The thing about birth affirmations is they have a way of really reaching down into your psyche and your mind just can't help but to listen! The quote above is one that I created and say often during labors as your birth doula.

You can read it during pregnancy.

You can print it and create a bundle of birth affirmations to take with you to your birth place.

You can use it as a guide for your husband or birth partner to say to you during your labor. A cheat sheet, if you will!

The possibilities are endless. I love the natural vibe of the picture here, the rainbow reaching down for the trees, not to mention the practical advice contained in the words! What's your favorite birth affirmation?
